Our bodies have served us well all our lives. Despite the big ideas and challenges we may have put them through so far. Training recovery into our health activity is the fastest way to attain a proper level of fitness.
An exercise that is done at an aerobic level uses oxygen and calories. Five out of seven days with frequent activity and recovery periods allows health to be restored and maintained for the long haul. Exercise should be something to look forward to and enjoy.
