You can use your environment to improve your health. You can add movement. Do things on the famous “To-Do” list to reduce chronic background stress.
Take a deep breath and blow it out forcefully to change your energy. Blink more often to keep your eyes clean and refreshed. Who knew that blinking and breathing more could improve your health so much?
